Summary
VIVUU is an AI agent control plane: agents watch the systems you connect, do routine work, and bring you the decisions that need a human. This policy explains what data that involves, how we use it, and your rights.
The live preview
The public terminal at vivuu.com/app runs on realistic mock data. It needs no account, and nothing you approve or deny in the preview touches a real system.
Information we collect
- Waiting-list data: the email address you give us when you join the hardware waiting list.
- Account data: if you sign in, your email address and, if provided, your name. Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider.
- Connected-system data: if you connect systems such as GitHub or Google Search Console, the data agents need from them to do the work you delegate, for example repository contents, build results, error reports and search-performance data. Access tokens are stored server-side and are never sent to your browser.
- Agent activity: the tasks agents run, the evidence they collect (diffs, test runs, logs, metrics), and every approval and denial you make, including written denial reasons.
- Technical data: standard server logs from our hosting providers, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested.
How we use information
- To run the agent work you delegate and show you its results.
- To keep an append-only audit trail of agent actions and human decisions.
- To notify you about the hardware when it is available, if you joined the waiting list.
- To secure the service, prevent abuse and fix problems.
AI processing
To analyze issues and prepare work, relevant data from your connected systems may be sent to the AI model providers that power our agents. We do not use your data to train AI models, and we do not sell your data.
Service providers
We use service providers for hosting, authentication and AI model inference. They process data only on our behalf to run VIVUU.
Cookies
If you sign in, our authentication provider sets the session cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
Data retention
Connected-system data is kept only as long as needed to complete and evidence the work. The audit trail is kept for the life of your account so decisions stay attributable. Deleting your account removes your connected-system data, agent activity and audit trail. You can leave the waiting list at any time.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, or disconnect any connected system, at any time by emailing hello@vivuu.com.
