Agreement
By using VIVUU you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
The service
VIVUU is an AI agent control plane. The public terminal is an interactive preview on mock data. Connecting your own systems is currently available to invited accounts only.
Approvals are your decisions
Agents prepare work and collect evidence, but consequential actions wait for your approval. AI output can be wrong, even when it reads confidently. Review the evidence before you approve: you are responsible for the actions you approve in your connected systems.
Connected systems
You may only connect systems you are authorized to access, and you can disconnect them at any time. You grant us a limited license to access and process their data so agents can do the work you delegate.
Acceptable use
- You will not use the service to generate spam, malware, harassment, or unlawful content.
- You will not attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or the approval policy.
- You will not scrape or reverse engineer the service.
Your content
You keep ownership of your data and of the work agents produce for you.
Fees
The service is currently free. We will give notice before introducing any paid plan. Joining the hardware waiting list is not an order or a pre-payment.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Features and limits may change.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. VIVUU is not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.
